Book Review - Handbook to Higher Consciousness by Ken Keyes, Jr.

My twin brother was visiting me one day and I noticed the "Handbook to Higher Consciousness" sitting on the seat of his car.  I asked him what it was about, and he picked it up, handed it to me, and said" Here, read it. It will change your life".

I did, and it did.  Of all the books I've read this one probably had the biggest impact of any.  

Unlike most of the self help type books I read this one isn't about how to get rich, or succeed in a business.  It's not metaphysical or about the paranormal.  It's simply a book about how to be happy. Not just once in a while, but happy all of the time.  Who wants to be unhappy anyway?

This book shows you how to re-program your brain allowing you to break out of your habitual way of dealing with people and circumstances in order for you to become far happier and happier far more often than you thought possible.

I truly wish everyone would read this book!
